Terms of service

These terms govern your use of Sightkick (sightkick.so and app.sightkick.so), operated by Sprike LLC, 8 The Green, STE R, Dover, DE 19901, United States ("Sightkick", "we"). By creating an account you agree to them and to our privacy policy.

Sightkick is an automated search-visibility service: it researches keywords for your website, generates and (if you enable it) publishes articles to your site, and reports your search performance. The service evolves continuously – features may be added, changed, or removed.

Keep your account credentials safe and your account information accurate. You are responsible for activity in your workspaces, including by teammates you invite.

• Sightkick is a paid subscription, billed monthly or yearly through Stripe.
• A new workspace can start a free trial of 7 days. It takes a payment card, and nothing is charged during the trial. We email you a reminder 2 days before it ends. Unless you cancel before then, your plan starts when the trial ends and your card is charged for the first billing period. Cancel during the trial and you pay nothing. One free trial per website and per person.
• If you didn't mean to be charged, email hello@sightkick.so within 7 days of your subscription's first charge (monthly or yearly) and we refund it in full.
• Subscriptions renew automatically each month until canceled. You can cancel anytime from the billing settings – cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period, and apart from the first-charge refund above we don't issue partial-period refunds.
• We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice – changes apply from your next billing cycle.

You retain ownership of your website, the materials you provide, and the articles Sightkick generates for your workspace. You are responsible for reviewing content before relying on it or holding it out to your customers – AI-generated content can contain errors – and for having the rights to any materials you provide.

Don't use Sightkick to break the law, infringe others' rights, or generate content that is deceptive, defamatory, or harmful. Don't resell the service, probe or disrupt our infrastructure, or work around usage limits. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

If you use outreach features, the emails sent are yours: you warrant that you have a lawful basis for contacting each recipient under the laws that apply to you and them (including CAN-SPAM, GDPR/ePrivacy, and national rules), and you are responsible for the content, targeting, and identification in every message. Honor opt-outs immediately. We may pause or disable sending for abuse, spam complaints, or deliverability risk.

Connecting third-party services (such as Google Search Console or your CMS) is optional and subject to those services' own terms. We are not responsible for third-party services or for changes they make.

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Search rankings, traffic, and revenue depend on factors outside our control – we do not guarantee any particular outcome.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sprike LLC's total liability arising out of the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost profits, data, or goodwill.

You may stop using the service and cancel at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these terms, and will give reasonable notice where practical. The sections on content, disclaimers, and liability survive termination.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

We may update these terms – material changes will be announced by email or in the product, and the effective date above will change. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
