Terms of service

These terms govern your use of Sightkick (sightkick.so and app.sightkick.so), operated by Sprike LLC, 8 The Green, STE R, Dover, DE 19901, United States ("Sightkick", "we"). By creating an account you agree to them and to our privacy policy.

Sightkick is an automated search-visibility service: it researches keywords for your website, generates and (if you enable it) publishes articles to your site, and reports your search performance. The service evolves continuously; features may be added, changed, or removed.

Keep your account credentials safe and your account information accurate. You are responsible for activity in your workspaces, including by teammates you invite.

• Sightkick is a paid monthly subscription, billed through Stripe.
• A workspace's first subscription starts with a 7-day free trial with a card on file; you are charged when the trial ends unless you cancel before then. Reactivations start immediately.
• Subscriptions renew automatically each month until canceled. You can cancel anytime from the billing settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period, and we don't issue partial-period refunds.
• We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice; changes apply from your next billing cycle.

You retain ownership of your website, the materials you provide, and the articles Sightkick generates for your workspace. You are responsible for reviewing content before relying on it or holding it out to your customers — AI-generated content can contain errors — and for having the rights to any materials you provide.

Don't use Sightkick to break the law, infringe others' rights, or generate content that is deceptive, defamatory, or harmful. Don't resell the service, probe or disrupt our infrastructure, or work around usage limits. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

Connecting third-party services (such as Google Search Console or your CMS) is optional and subject to those services' own terms. We are not responsible for third-party services or for changes they make.

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Search rankings, traffic, and revenue depend on factors outside our control — we do not guarantee any particular outcome.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sprike LLC's total liability arising out of the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost profits, data, or goodwill.

You may stop using the service and cancel at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these terms, and will give reasonable notice where practical. The sections on content, disclaimers, and liability survive termination.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

We may update these terms; material changes will be announced by email or in the product, and the effective date above will change. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
